Set up fee per company of £25.00.
Organisations with 1 Employee
To process payroll for one employee on a fixed income for a tax year will cost £50 and £25 for the PAYE year end returns (P35). There will also be an additional charge for electronic filing at the end of the year.
Organisations with 1 to 5 Employees
To process a payroll whether weekly or monthly takes a certain minimum amount of time. Provided we are given a clear figure of gross pay, without the need to interpret timesheets, our charge per payroll for up to 5 employees is £20.
Discounts
With employees on a standard weekly wage, we could save you money by processing 4 weeks at a time in advance, treating it as a monthly payroll. The cost would then be £40. See table for details.

Organisations with more than 15 employees
As the numbers increase, so does our productivity. But so does the complexity with different variations arising. We would prefer to give a quotation based on your particular circumstances.

PAYE End of Year Returns
A standard charge of £20 will be made for PAYE year end returns (P35’s) plus £5 per P60 produced.
