Approved Accounting Payroll Service

We can provide a service to all small and medium sized employers. Large employers tend to have their own payroll departments although we may be able to offer them backup facilities.

By using our service, an organisation can ensure that their payroll is processed promptly and efficiently and that:

  • All work is totally confidential
  • Staff are fully trained at all times
  • Staff are always available to cover for any periods of holiday and sickness
  • Computer hardware and software should be continually updated and maintained
  • Back up facilities are maintained to ensure a continuous service
  • All new developments are identified and implemented as a matter of course

  • Receipt of information on employee gross pay by fax or email
  • Working out tax, NIC and deductions
  • Printing and dispatch of payslips
  • Provision of payroll Summary Report
  • Updating of tax codes and resolution of queries
